Required Skills:

Mandatory

1. Development experience, prior to becoming a technology manager. Full software development life cycle.

2. Architecture definition background. Architecture implementation background, with emphasis on qualifying, evaluating and selecting system components for implementing architecture.

3. Product integration and/or custom software integration experience at an enterprise level, as a developer and as technology manager. Valuable experience normally comes from having been through the process of delivering 1-2 years implementation, while making technical and personnel decisions on advancing the project through difficulties. Key personal trade is to poses technology knowledge at a high level to foresee and prevent issues, or apply it manage the teams through such issues.

4. Ability to envision and create contingency technology plans, to keep projects on track.

5. Ability to set clear technology-realization goals

6. Ability to manage remote team to established goals; ability to recover from unmanageable situations

Responsibilities:

Senior-level, technologist with experience in identifying product and custom-developed solutions to enterprise business problems, recommending solutions and managing both the process and staff to complete implementation.
