Required Skills:

- 10 or more years of trading, underwriting, portfolio management or sales experience in the Corporate Securities sector

- Must be strong on the Product side vs. technology. Must have very strong front office background. Someone who's been in the trenches working w/traders or trading.

- The perfect fit will have had exposure to a "start up".

- Must have significant strength in one particular Asset Class (Fixed Income) rather than having a broad background in several. There will be one Product Manager paired with a pricing analyst for each asset class (7 in all)

- 3-5 years of project management experience, inclusive of establishing project scope and project scheduling

- Capable of gathering and documenting client requirements

- Experience in the negotiation of contracts and agreements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Market Data Services experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the COMPANY'S Valuation Service (BVAL) product?s global strategy and the execution plans for the BVAL business. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Participate in the development and on-going adaptation of BVAL business plans to ensure the optimal deployment of technical, human, and financial resources associated with meeting the business unit?s stated growth and financial performance objectives in the Corporate Securities sector.

- Development, oversight and execution of project plans

- Management of resource allocation and priorities pertaining to valuation systems software development

- Working in coordination with global support teams in the establishment of global client support framework

- Participate in the development of requisite contract materials in support of business objectives

- Support the development of required sales marketing and training materials
