Korean speaking Customer Support Agent:

• You will be completing interviews, inbound and outbound, documenting response data in the relevant application
• Providing highest standard service, you will get an opportunity to gain a valuable experience and develop you career in an multinational organization
• My client will provide all the successful candidates with paid training, medical insurance and tuition Reimbursement

Candidate Profile
• The ideal candidate will be fluent Korean speaker with very good level of English and USA citizenship.
• You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional in your approach to work
• You will have well developed customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ideally, you will have call centre experience.
