Required Skills:

Skills Required

Experience of PM software (ideally MS Project) and demonstrable capability of constructing and critiquing project plans.
Demonstrate experience of process creation and execution for development teams around information gathering, data cleansing project reporting etc.
Be able to construct Excel models of moderate complexity. Should be able to analyse data with excellent attention to detail
Excellent organization and time management skills

Skills Desired

Be able to interact and empathize with development teams, demonstrating the ability to act as a value add partner for those teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to run meetings with technical managers and trading desk managers would be a bonus
Experience in projects dealing with either or both of risk or securitized products a plus

Responsibilities:

This person will interface with business unit management, and desk strategists, managing and reporting on expected delivery/completion dates for projects and interim goals, assessing the impact of new requirements or personnel changes, and, in general, helping to maintain a full "transparency" as to the efforts of the various project teams and their results.
