2. Is this for a new implementation or am I coming in to clean up a botched implementation by a less skilled architect/developer - its the next release of an existing implementation - Release 2. Release 1 went well.

3. What is the in depth roles and responsibilities that I would have on this engagement, what is the goal of the project? Depth in MOSS (web parts/configuration/etc.) is primary - Commerce Server and ecommerce experience is nice to have. The responsbility is to make sure the analysis artifacts (requirements, integration points, wireframes) align with our tech solution and work with the development team to do design.

In release 1 we built the first stages of a global ecommerce platform. We released it to Singapore and New Zealand. For Release 2 we'll continue to add features and deploy to Chile, Belgium, and Australia.
